Your enjoyment and comfort is important to us. To further enhance your experience, please assist us in upholding a few simple requests from our staff.

* 24-hour notice is appreciated if you must cancel or rebook services, though we understand a variety of circumstances, a fee will be charged for missed appointments. We do require a credit card to hold your appointment.

* In order to enhance your own relaxation, as well as others, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones, watch alarms, and pagers.

*We ask that you please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time so that we can get you checked in and started promptly.

*Classes are offered off-site, please contact us or the mountain activity center for detailed information.
